                     CANCELLATION POLICY

Time is important to everyone, which is why we have this policy in place.

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge,

We will charge a 75% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Sometimes we may take a  deposit to secure your appointment, which is non refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.

Most of our staff are self-employed and are free to choose their own price structure.
